Toddler has bad eczema and swollen lymph nodes

My toddler has had swollen lymph nodes for a long time, his eczema has also never been fully controlled. I assumed it was just caused by eczema but should I be concerned?
he gets eczema everywhere but lymph nodes on neck and back of head.

We had the same… the doctors said it was cradle cap but he has had them swollen since he was 6 weeks to now 9 months…
deffo show the doctor to keep eye on them if you haven’t already. They seem to be happy that they seem benign…
