Allergies and intolerances

Could this be CMPA or oat allergy? Or both?!

So, my 7 month old has had reflux since birth. Lots of vomiting but it’s never really seemed to cause her much bother. I kept getting told “she’ll grow out of it” but once she got to 5 months it had worsened so eventually she was put on gaviscon. This did nothing but make her constipated so I took her off it. Then she was given omeprazole which again didn’t seem to do anything and she also seemed constipated on this too. I’ve stopped the meds now and she is still constipated. She’s always been a very congested and snotty baby which I attributed to her brother bringing colds and coughs back from nursery but even when he’s had periods of no bugs she’s still been congested.
She had awful nappy rash when she was a newborn which lasted about 4 weeks and eventually only went when I used Nyastatin but other than that she has no rashes or skin issues and she’s never had mucousy or green poos.
She’s breastfed so for the last 2.5 weeks I’ve been totally dairy free but I’m unsure how long it would take to see a difference?
I’ve replaced milk with oat milk in both my diet and when mixing into porridge for baby. When eating porridge I’ve noticed her nose starts absolutely streaming. Could it be just oats that she’s actually allergic to?
She’s been referred to a paediatrician but I’ve been told it’s non-urgent and we’re in for a long wait and to be honest I don’t hold much hope for them actually having any knowledge about allergies.

Sorry you're going through this, it's so difficult! It could definitely be oat so I'd potentially avoid that for a short while to see if this helps. In terms of how long it would take for cutting dairy out of your diet to help, I got told it was a minimum of 2 weeks for it to get out of your system and then 2 further weeks to get out of theirs. So it may just need a bit longer! Hope you get some answers soon. My little one was very congested with her CMPA.
