What mattress is best to buy for Allergic Rhinitis. Replacing old one for son

So noticed the mattress is abut 7 years old, and since my adult son has rhinitis, so I'm considering replacing his. He has the covers anti dust mite ones that he uses.

His current one is pocket sprung and I have heard these aren't great for allergy sufferers due to dust mites. Is the best option to go for an only foam mattress?

Thank you

Really not sure on this one sorry @mumznet. What did you decide in the end?

Hi thanks I'm going for memory foam one instead of fully spring coil one.

Not mattress related but I think I was suffering with allergic rhinitis and someone on here recommended benacort nasal spray. I haven't suffered a single day since I bought that spray.
