My partner has recently gone dairy free and it has improved his health massively! Looking for dairy free dinner ideas that are qwick to make! Also which supermarket us best to shop for dairy free& any dairy free items anyone would reccomend? Partner feels down about the whole no more cheese or choclate but he knows its best for his health!

Try the Deliciously Ella app or recipe books. All dairy free (vegan) and she has lots that are quick and simple, various good versions of macaroni cheese style meals, great salad dressing recipes, dairy free desserts, etc. In general, there are tons of vegan recipes for every kind of meal you can think of and you could always add some meat to them if you wanted. It might produce more results than dairy free recipes.

I find Lidl really good for DF. It take a while to get used to reading labels and can feel overwhelming at first.

Today I've had:

Lidl's Fruit & Nut Muesli with unsweetened Almond Milk.

Lunch Ham, lettuce & Mayo sandwich. Lidl's Mayo is DF. Fruit & ready salted crisps.

Tea Peri Peri Chicken Pittas with Sweet Potato Chips.

And tonight I'll probably be having a bit of Asda's Dark mint chocolate although Lidl does some lovely dark chocolate.
