Stitch like pain dairy related

Hi do any of you get a stitch like pain with dairy intolerance and noticed a link?
I've had recent tests and camera all normal,

I've got non-ige and im not sure it shows up on any tests, isn't it diagnosed by elimination? I definitely have it though, the GP said it was completely obvious.
