Recently became pregnant and have hayfever

Recently found out I'm pregnant and my hayfever is brutal. I can't take my normal tablets. Normally take fexofenadine, any suggestions?

Loratidine is considered first choice along with corticosteroid sprays. Think cetirizine is ok too

I've tried them and they do nothing. Going to phone the doctors on Monday amd see what I can get for it. It's brutal
