Am going to try this diet to try and deal with ongoing gut issues. Thought it might be nice to have a group to share recipes with.

Hello! Is anyone still going on their low fodmap diets?!....just started today and could do with some company/ideas!!... My small bowel is inflamed and I have bile reflux (from small bowel into stomach) so am really trying to give my gut a chance to heal and regulate. Breakfast today was some oats, sliced green banana and coconut milk, lunch is a baked potato, supper will be salmon stir fry. I just want to feel well!! How are you doing?

Omg help u am laid in the bath in pain and i am sick so sick of feeling this way. For years i have tried either laxatives or lansoprazole to ease pain in my stomach. I am in the process of h pylori treatment but i know it is not just that!

I am trying the fodmap and have been out bought lactose free dairy free wheat free and gluten free items from the isle in tesco and they all taste like shit but honestly as i cant keep living like this its made me cry this week the pain i just want to feel better !

How's everyone on the thread getting on? The low-FODMAP diet is my next one to try, after gluten-free, dairy-free, low-fat, and vegan, and after adding in digestive enzymes, probiotics and prebiotics.
