Am I allergic ?? Pic of rash.

Hi all, last 2 nights every time I go to bed I've been waking up with this massive insanely itchy rash. I don't know wether I'm allergic to washing powder. Food or something else etc.

Looks like what I get, urticaria. Doctors said it may be allergy but not bothered to check any specific thing, usually comes when I'm coming down with a virus too so think it could be temperature related. I'm prescribed steroid creams and a body wash

That does look like hives. Are you too hot in bed? Have you changed anything? Have you tried an antihistamine?
