The message below was posted on a UK board and the forms allow you to say outside UK - although my family are not eligible to complete them because reactions haven't been in those places.

Greetings from the US. I am an allergist and researcher at the University of Michigan and I have recently launched a new study in conjunction with the Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network, a US and International advocacy organization pertaining to food allergy. We are investigating reactions to peanuts and to tree nuts that have occurred in schools/child care, reactions occurring in or from food provided by a restaurant or food establishment, and reactions occurring on airlies. If you are eligible I would encourage you to enter as many arms as you are eligible for.

The link is foodallergy.org/Research/Surveys.html which will take you to a brief explanation.

I thank you in advance for your participation, and for helping with a "grass roots" type of movement.
