where can i get an eggless/dairy free cake fro my dd 3rd bday for next week!!!!

Well you could make one, there are loads of vegan recipes on line. Otherwise pop down to Sainsbury's and look for I think it Rakusens cakes - in the specialist food section - they are egg and dairy free/vegan.

Quite honestly though it's pretty easy to make vegan cakes.

There's a good recipe for a chocolate cake that I use...it's been on quite a few mumsnet threads. Search for 'boiled chocolate cake' and you should find it. You use bananas as the binding ingredient and your dairy free spread. It comes out quite moist, but everyone who I've made it for loves it.

As a rule substitue one mashed banana for every egg you are replacing.
