Switching from anti-reflux formula to cows' milk

Hello. I'm sure somebody has had this problem before me. DD now nearly 10 months' old, has been on antireflux formula since probably 6 weeks' of age. No anti-reflux medication except for a very short period, as we found the reflux sufficiently manageable with the formula only. She is coming to an age where in principle we could switch to cows' milk, if she were drinking normal formula, that is. I wonder how have other people approached this switch - whether to normal formula first, or milk...did you do this gradually, or in one go? And if gradually, how did you do this. Did you mix normal formula with antireflux? Did you change one bottle at a time? I tried giving her normal formula but she did not seem all that impressed...
