Flax Seed Oil for Eczema

I've read in a previous thread that flax seed oil as a dietary supplement can help eczema. Does anyone have any more information? Where do you get it, how do you use it, etc. Thanks.

I buy it in a bottle (keep it in the fridge) and then put one table spoon on ds's breakfast cereal (must be added to cold food). When we are on holiday I take the capsules and burst them open. It's an expensive way to do it.

On very dry scaly excema I pop a capsule and rub directly into skin.

It takes up to 3 months to get properly lubricated so keep going even if you don't see an immediate improvement. The flip side is if you miss the odd day once it works the skin doesn't immediately turn to custard.
