Is there such a thing as gluten free suet?

Ds was diagnosed coeliac at the end of the summer so we are still on a rather steep learning curve as to what he can and can't have. I was intending to make the Christmas pudding tomorrow and was checking I had everything and as usual was checking ingredients etc to be sure Ds would be able to have them.

Horror or horrors, suet has wheat flour in it!!!! Assume it's to stop the suet clumping together but I can't use it now. Any one know what I can use instead?

I'm pretty sure there's gluten-free suet, as I've had the same problem.

I'd google for it, but better you do so yourself so you can pick and choose.

Much sympathy for the learning curve. It's a big adjustment, but you'll get there.

There was a recent thread about gluten-free food which had a lot of recommendations.

I'm yet to find a gluten-free stollen anywhere close to acceptable though...
