IBS - wheat wasn't culprit but yeast intollerance

This woman thought wheat was the culprit then had a test and it was actually yeast

I've been diagnosed today with high yeast intolerance, medium cows milk intolerance. It's amazing what has yeast in it and what I've got to cut out for the next 3 months to kill it. It's going to be a huge lifestyle change for me !! No wine, no chocolate, no marmite, no butter, no fruit. Can't even use a stock cube as they have yeast extract in them.

Ginis I think you can get yeast free stock cubes. Not sure if they’re DF too though...

Ah, ok thanks for this. I was looking at Kallo stock cubes in Waitrose but they all had yeast in.
