Prob a dumb question but 'Cellulose Gum' or ' Methycellulose' can i have it??

I am on a no gluten no wheat no dairy diet. im new to all this and have been told i can have Xanthan Gum , but have noticed on some things it says Cellulose Gum.

I have googled it and can only seem to see that its

"Applicable in gluten-free products"

Im prob asking a dumb question but hey thought i would ask
