talk to me about hay fever please

Hello all, I hope to hear your wisdom on hay fever.

Our son has had hay fever for the past 4 years and it's time to stop this. I think he's allergic to London plane trees.

What's the procedure? (do we do the test now in high season? etc I know literally zero about this)
Please can you recommend a good clinic in London.

Has he been to the gp? Have you tried any antihistamines?

What are you doing now to ease his symptoms OP?

yes, we’ve been to GP. His case isn’t severe enough for the NHS to do any testing. Boots hay fever & allergy relief was recommended and I give my son half a tablet each morning and half each evening in the spring and summer...
