Where do we start? What type of recipe are you after? I’ve found some fabulous ones over the years on Pinterest but if you have anything specific you want put it on here and we can try and help

For generalised baking gf flour and dairy free spread can be substituted for cake recipes but not bread I find

Thanks for that,much appreciated.
I'm hoping for bread recipes and ideas for FODMAP, esp for a school lunchbox

I've just had results of bloods-all ok,so it's trying FODMAP which I've been told in early phase is wheat and gluten free

Also avoid oats raven gf in the first 6 months

To be honest gf bread is bed bought, I have a bread maker with a gf setting and follow the doves farm flour recipe, it’s ok but not brilliant

On Pinterest there are so many recipes, and some are very good. I make all cook in sauces at home and freeze

For school lunches we use wraps, schar cobs, breadsticks, pasta salads

Did the test for coeliac disease? Drs should always test for this before cutting out gluten.

Stilllivinginazoo · 09/05/2018 04:40

tavala it came back negative but we are advised to remove gluten(along a lot other things) for 4weeks to give her tummy a chance settle then start reintroducing one by one watching for return of symptoms
