Not sure what thread to put this under but any advice given will be gratefully received

Ive woken up this morning with my skin bright red like it's sunburnt but it's not. I've not been in any sun. My skin has got a slight burning sensation like sunburn also. My joints are aching too which i have never experienced before. My knee's are the worse. It's not a painful ache, more of a tight uncomfortable ache. As it's saturday my dr's are closed and dont really want to be waiting and wasting hospital time if i dont need to. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this before? Tia sx

What have you done or eaten that's maybe different in the last 48 hours?

Nothing. I was trying to think if id eaten or put something different on my skin but I haven't. That's what makes it all the more confusing
