Covered in spots - latex allergy?

I have hurt my back so saw a new physio yesterday. She strapped up my back with some blue tape, said to remove it if it felt itchy.

Later on I noticed what I thought was a few mosquito bites on my arms and legs - itchy lumps. Thought it was odd for england in jan but thought no more of it. Later i took the tape off as it was starting to annoy me.

By bedtime I realised I had these 'bites' all over - perhaps 50 on my arms and legs and more on back. Super itchy so I took an antihistamine and went to bed.

This morning it's worse and the ones on my back have joined together to form welts that are clearly exactly where the tape was. But i also have lots of spots elsewhere, including on my face AngryConfused.

I've taken a stronger antihistamine this morning but it hasn't done much. I've never had a reaction before to tape/condoms/gloves but have reacted to odd things like cinnamon oil...
Any idea what this is and how to treat?
