brisbane for nut/sesame and egg allergic child?

We are going to stay in Brisbane for 2 nights when we land in Oz does anyone know what the cafes etc are like to feed child with the above allergies?

There will always be something on the menu without the mentioned ingredients, and if you let them know, they'll advise if any dishes have these ingredients hidden in them. Should not be a problem at all.
