He's had runny poos(won't try and spell the real word again) for about 10 days and teh HV said this morning that it could be milk intolerance.

BUT

He only started after he had his jabs and he hasn't been sick once.
It's just runny poo!

What does MN think??

drinking his milk fine.
if it wasn;t for the horrid contents of his nappies you'd never know anything was wrong.

he's just as smiey as normal.

(going out now, so will check back later)

I reckon its the jabs, now some theories are that jabs etc can cause temporary lactose intol nut TBH I wouldn't worry too much about runny poo (bar monitoring his hydration obv). When ds1 / ds3 started on formula, they had loose stools, but also screeching / projectile vomiting as they were having gut cramps.

If the loose stols don't clear up ask your Gp whether he thinks it would be worth trialling a alctose free formual- its the only way to know really (recommend enfamil lactofree- far more palatable than nutramigen et al ,and less sugary than soya formule).

But Tbh I expect its just the jabs.
