Nutramagin - how to make up a bottle?

We are about to start nutramagin and I noticed the instructions on the bottle say pour boiling water, then cool down to room temp BEFORE adding the powder. Is this correct? I thought that formula powder had to be mixed with boiling water (70c) to kill any potential bacteria in the powder. So, are the instructions wrong or is this a nutramagin specific thing where I need to make this up with cooled boiled water now?? So confused Confused

It's been a few years since I used it but I think their prep guidance are correct for the milk and you mix it with cold water

I mix powder with 100ml boiling water then add cooled water after a minute. Then just adjust to temp if required.

I'm sure that adding boiling water to nutramagin destroys the proteins (or something... it's been a while).
Yes, follow the instructions on the tin.

First Boil fresh water. As soon as possible, pour desired amount of boiled water into clean bottle and cap bottle straight away
Allow the water in the sealed bottle to cool down to room temperature.
Then Once the water has cooled to room temperature, place the bottle on a clean surface, remove cap and add the required number of level scoops of powder.Re-cap the bottle, roll and shake well until powder dissolves completely. Thats all you need to do.
