Dairy/soya allergy: anyone have any cookbook recommendations?

Hello all

After yet another depressing failed attempt at reintroducing dairy into my diet and the milk ladder step one for bf dd1 aged 13 mths, it's back to the dairy/soya free menu for both of us.

I love cooking and food in general and so find the restrictions imposed by dd's allergy really difficult and depressing. Could anyone recommend a cookbook they've used for inspiration when cooking dairy/soya free? Ideally recipes that naturally don't have any dairy/soy rather than the weird American recipes that have loads of fake chemical-y replacement products... (we live in a very remote location and don't have much choice when it comes to food shopping).

I used this book for years:
www.amazon.co.uk/How-Cook-Food-Allergies-Allergy-Free/dp/1905744285

The author is a professionally trained chef and has children with allergies, she is now well known for developing the gluten free bread Genius.

It's great because as well as providing recipes (with different options to substitute ingredients) it also teaches you how to adapt any recipe.

Thank you so much! That's exactly what I was hoping for - off to order it now!
