Dairy free in the netherlands for holidays

We're off on holiday to the Netherlands soon with dairy free DS ( eczema reaction rather than allergy) so wondering what the availability of dairy free items in supermarkets is - we like oatly and coconut yogurts and sorbet

For eating out, is it an EU wide rule that allergy info should be available on the menu? Not so concerned as for 1 week he can have chips and burgers. Poor boy will be missing out on pancakes though.

Thanks

We got on fine with dairy free in Amsterdam- went to an organic/healthfood supermarket called Marqt. There are some outside Amsterdam too. Can't say whether they had Layla as we don't drink it, but they had coconut based stuff and also plenty of choice.

And yes, it's an EU rule re menus.
