I've never experienced Hay fever before but since June I've had a constantly itchy nose, sneezing all the time, and my eyes are a a big swollen mess.
It's worst at night and first thing in the morning, my eyes bother me the most. They've aged me around 10 years!!
I've just spent a fortune on new make up and cleanser/moisturiser, making sure it's chemical free etc to see if that made a difference but it hasn't.
I can't take antihistamines as I'm breastfeeding.
I've got a saline nose spray and eye drops, but they don't make much difference.
I'm sick of it, I look awful and I'm constantly scratching at my nose and eyes! My eczema has also flared up for the first time in years and my asthma is noticeable whereas it's usually dormant.
What can I do???
