Has anyone used Nose Clear ? Is it easy and would they recommend it. My sister's friend uses some sort of suction bulb or pipette thing which she gets from the chemist. I haven't tried either. And can't seem to find Nose Clear to buy apart from online on NCT website. I sometimes used saline drops (on HV's advice) when baby gets congested (mainly from all the milk he drinks) but he's now got runny blocked nose, probably a cold, and think i need to use something else to help. Also what's that thing you can do with lavender drops or the like ? Do you put a few drops in a bowl of water and leave it under cot / nearby to help clear airways? Or put a few drops on a hankerchief or something and leave near baby (obviously out of reach)?

if his nose is runny its not blocked .. and I would leave it alone

if you are breastfeeding, breast milk is great

saline drops soften hardened snot .. and the suction bulb is used to pull it out

a warm flannel can also help

can use karvol on a muslin near head of cot .. but not within reach
