Hi. I am vegetarian and have generally included some soya in my diet for protein. I have sometimes noticed that my tummy doesn't feel great after I've eaten it. I am currently trying to lose weight so have been trying to up my protein intake and lower my carbs. Last week I made some veggie Bolognaise with a lot of veggie mince (normally wouldn't use that much but we were low on veg in the house) and my stomach felt in knots afterwards - painful and full of air- this continued for the next day. Then I noticed my lips were sore and I have had dry skin for the last few days. Has anyone experienced anything like this. Does this sound like I am intolerant?
