DS (1) contact rash with kiwi, WWYD?

Since starting weaning DS (now 1) at 5,5mo, I've noticed a rash on his cheeks with strawberries, kiwis and aubergines, getting worse every time I try to introduce it again (I've tried twice). As he's BLW and has no other symptoms or allergy, I'm wondering whether I should get worried and talk about it to my GP or if it's just contact with the acidity?
WWYD?

Someone mentioned the link between kiwi and latex, that's why I'm wondering if I'm too lax

Make appt with the GP. Photograph the rash and take it with you.
