recipe for nut / sesame free xmas pud?

Has anyone got a recipe for a nut / sesame free xmas pudding? Easy to make please as I am useless!

I'm sorry that I don't actually have the recipe, but every year we make a weight watchers Christmas Pudding that has loads of fruit, no nuts and is made with breadcrumbs (so we can use wheat-free breadcrumbs for me) and it's really yummy, but is dairy, wheat and nut free. Maybe you might find it in a Weight Watchers recipe book, or if you look for the current WW magazine in the shops (being December and all), I've looked on their website and they do have one, but it's got papaya and all sorts in it, which isn't the one we make - the one we make has guinness in, I think.

Tesco do a nut and alcohol free Christmas Pudding - although they tend to sell out early. I think it is sesame free, the ingredient list is tiny
