Ready meals for gf df family

Can anyone recommend any ready meals that are gf and df. Need to find something I can send to a friend so not looking for recipes of stuff I could make. Thank you in advance

I think the cook range might do gf? They have a good website and deliver so might be worth a look?

Ilum do df gf ready meals by post. There's also a brand called Kirsty's which I've seen in supermarkets but haven't tried for some reason, possibly that they contain egg or nuts.
