Yes, Booja-booja. It's made with nuts though.

Onsera3 · 05/11/2015 11:09

Yes Booja Booja from Waitrose/Ocado is lovely. Does have cashews as mentioned above.

VikingLady · 05/11/2015 11:33

I know it's not the same, but M&S do a lovely mango sorbet.

FinestGrundyTurkey · 05/11/2015 11:35

silversixpence · 21/11/2015 14:06

the coconut collaborative ice cream is nice. I thought the almond dream one tasted awful but DH liked it!

Katymac · 21/11/2015 14:19

But that has loads of 'lacto' stuff in it which they assure me is dairy free but it concerns me

Is sugar allowed? Nuts? Chick peas?

And why icecream? I am curious?

Katymac · 22/11/2015 12:51

I run a nursery - it's nice is all the children can have the same food if not the same brand & the Christmas Party is approaching

Sugar uois OK, as are almond, coconut but not peanuts

No idea about chickpeas as i have never asked to serve them
I won't be serving or washing up anything with Almond or Coconut as they are my allergies but some children can have them

I can do milk & soya free & I can do Booja if I drive a 50 mile round trip.....I'm just lazy

It might be one of those wierdy only work on blog recipes but O quite fancy trying an Aquafaba recipe.. Though perhaps not rhubarb and ginger for a nursery!!.
And no fruit? Do some children have fruit but not sugar allergies?

Katymac · 22/11/2015 17:22

Well sugar isn't on the care plans from the dietician, so I guess so..

That looks very interesting....nit sure I'm brave enough to try it Wink

I think Booja may be the way to go.....but thank you
