Allergies, dust, pets and baby

Hello,
I am planning to live with my bf this year because I am planning to have a baby with him but I am worried because he can't bear dust, pets... I have two pets and I don't know how to deal with this problem. So for the moment we can't live together and I need to find a solution. Got an idea?
