lipstick/lip balm allergy

Just that really, for the past few months everytime I've worn a lip stick within 24 hours I get a lump and a Cold sore in exactly the same spot. I've tried countless brands and all I can use is vaseline which makes me suspect that's it's either lanolin or bees wax. Can anyone suggest any lipsticks I can try? I hate not being able to wear lip stick then I'm out

I suspect it is lanolin or bees wax, in which case look up vegan cosmetics as they won't have either in.

I can't personally recommend a particular brand but I think Lush, E.L.F, Too Faced and Urban Decay are vegan or at least have some products that are.
