Pneumococcal conjugate vaccine and eczema?

Has anyone heard of the PCV jab? Worried about letting my son have it - concerned it will flare him up?

My ds had the jab this week; his eczema has been just a little worse but to be honest I had put it down to teething and hadn't even considered the vaccine. He did have a bit of diarrhea the next day - again not sure if the vaccine was responsible but I was told it was a possible side-effect. Hope it goes OK if you go for it.
