I'm v intolerent. (Pooing myself regularly kind of intolerent).

Anyway. Indian planned for this weekend.

Will I be safe? What is safest to eat?

I'm scared. This is the first scary moment since I gave up wheat/gluten 2 months ago.

There are no guarantees when you out. You could phone ahead and ask.

Rice is fine. Curry usually fine unless flour used in the sauces. Check on google to see if there is a coeliac friendly curry house near you.

A good indian restaurant won't use wheat flour in its sauces. If you're paying a decent price for the food, you should be safe but can always ring and ask in advance. I'm a very sensitive coeliac and can eat any of the curries on the menu at our local Indian restaurant, all the condiments, rice and the poppadoms (they are made with gram (chickpea) flour, as they should be). It's my favourite type of restaurant!

Thanks. I'll ring before we order. Such a pain in the backside (literally!)
