over the last couple of months I have had

bloating
diarrhea/mucusy poo
bad wind
extreme fatigue
pains in my joints/shooting pains down thighs
spots
eczema flare ups
weight gain
stomach cramps
fuzzy light headed feeling
headaches

do any of these things sound like an intolerance? My gp has done blood tests for iron and diabetes, both were normal. But dh wondered if it is a food thing, I have never had any issues with food. I feel like crap.

Thankyou.

Yes it certainly could be.

It does sound it so I would return to your Doctor for further tests.
A food intolerance can come on at any age and for no logical reason and the only way to discover if you have one is to have further blood tests and maybe a colonoscopy or CT test all of which your doctor should advise you to do next.
These will rule out the nasty stuff and if all is clear then you will need to try going wheat or dairy free to discover your intolerance.
Hope this helps x

I have had some similar symptoms over the last couple of years but more recently noticed a link between eating large quantities of bread and more severe diarrhoea than normal a few hours later/next morning. I've just seen the GP who is testing for Coeliac disease and am waiting for blood test results. I had never had any issues with food before. I hope you are making progress with working out what is going on.

Sounds very much like my coeliac symptoms, especially the dizziness, thigh pains and wind - I had really terrible constant wind Blush I thought I was eating too many onions!

Yup, could be coeliacs.

Did gp check calcium and vitamin D? The shooting pain in joints can be calcium (it was for me) and exgaustion/fuzzy head was vit D (for me)
