Dd on a wheat free diet for 2 weeks, bought a range of stuff that she could eat like humous, oat cakes, cottage cheese but she doesn't like them so I thought I would buy some flour and see what I can knock up but now I can't find any recepies.

I know some of you will be able to come up with the goods pllleeeasse.

Fairy cakes made with WF flour are every bit as good as ordinary ones.

Scopnes and biscuits are good too.

I find the only thing which doesn't work is bread.

Obviously you have to put in a raising agent but it should tell you on the packet.

can I make pizza bases with it?

I don't see why not. It won't be as chewy as gluten laden pizza bases. More of a scone like texture. I quite like that though.
