Soya milk - can I use it to make yorkshire pudding?

Yes, we have, and it was OK.

Rice milk tends to work better though IME.

Thanks - don't have rice milk in the house at the mo.
Have visitors one who is on a wheat and nut free diet the other can't have milk.
Can do the gluten free ones no problem. It was just the milk I wasn't sure about.

BTW Can you also make custard with soya milk?

custard is excellent with soya milk, as is rice pudding (yummier i think) and porridge. if you can make yorkshire puds i'll be v v impressed and will be demanding the trick cos mine are cr*p!!
