Any coeliacs / wheat allergic people out there?

Hi,
I'vr just found out that my 4 yr old dd who has had severe excema since birth is extremely allergic to wheat and may well be coeliac. She's also allergic to soya, peanuts and eggs.

Do any of you lovely people know of any useful sources of info / recipes? Are there any websites you'd recommend? I've just trawled Tesco looking at labels - you have to read everything because for example Tesco's own milk chocolate contains soya lecithin whereas Cadbury's doean't. I'm really hoping that cutting these foods out will help clear her excema.

Thank you!

You can get information and advice from The Coeliac Society .
