It is tough sometimes being allergy free. I thought this would be good, and hopefully we can inspire each other. I'll start off with one:

-Allergy free Lasagne Recipe--

Free from milk, soya, egg, wheat, nuts and fish (not gluten free)

Ingredients
Olive Oil
A handful of lamb mince
1 jar of Loyd Grosman's pasta sauce (any tomato sauce based flavour)
1 packet of free from lasagne (I used waitrose one) - par boiled
1/2 packet of cheezly soya free - grated (can buy from holland and Barretts)
1 Oatly cream

Brown mince in oil. Add tomato sauce. Can add veggies too at this point. Simmer on low for 10-15 min. Put off.

Layer mince, some cream, and a little of the cheezly, and then lasagne sheet. Repeat this last layer done and place rest of cream and cheezly on top. Cover with foil and place in 180 oven for about 30-45 min, till baked. Enjoy!

I've got a kids orientated Gluten free baking page as my family is gluten-free - we do things like beetroot chocolate fairy cakes, gluten free scones, souffles, flapjacks, dairy free / egg free choccy mousse, cheesecake and muffins. Here's the like if anyone's interested - mydaughterwontsleep.com/gfrecipes/

Hi Caroline, thank you for the link, I've been looking at your website regularly Smile

I was wondering if you'd be kind enough to look at my 'could this be a reaction to egg' thread in this section? Thanks!
