Allergies and intolerances

Could this be CMPA and have I made it worse?

Dd is 4 months old and has only my expressed breast milk as food. She has had problems with her stomach becoming swollen and painful - it's not a continuous problem but something which happens from time to time. I wondered whether it might be caused by CMPA so cut out milk, soy, eggs and peanuts for nearly four weeks. Didn't notice any difference the first week (but expected that it would take that long to get it out of my system), second week things seemed much improved, but then the problem seemed to recur again after that.

As things didn't seem any better I went back onto having milk last Thursday/Friday. Dd has been really fussy since Sunday and her stomach has been as bad as it's ever been, this morning she's been inconsolable, has vomited and cried herself to sleep. So my question is - is it possible she does have CMPA and excluding milk for a while has now made her more sensitive to it? I'm finding it really hard to work out what the problem is as it's internmittent so never know if things are a coincidence or not when I make changes, and I'm at a loss what to do to help her.

When you cut out dairy and soy were you super careful with eliminated it completely?

DS Has CMPA and soy allergies and reacts to soy lectithins and anything that at contain traces of'. It's also in everything. Almost all bread has soy in for example. Vitamins have dairy in...the list is endless.

From what you describe it does sound like CMPA.

My DD had a blood test at 5 months and at 6 months skin prick test, both confirmed CMPA. Can you get that done?
