Infasoy helped eczema but not reflux, cmpa still possibility?

Just as the title says really. Had my 4mo on infasoy for 2wks now after lactose intolerance test proved negative. Her severe eczema has started to look a bit healthier, less red and angry tho still spreading. However, her reflux hasn't improved at all.
We are still using gaviscon sachets and zerobase cream, occasionally hydrocortisone cream.
Could the soy be helping the eczema? (My reason for switching to soy) With the reflux not reducing I wondered if cmpa could still be the underlying cause so I still need to ask for hydrolysed formula?

Purple has the Paed suggested the soy formula? Just wondering as its not really recommended.

I'm CMPI and about 50 percent of people with this also have problems with Soy, well according to my dietician anyway Smile

Yeah I'm aware of the link but was so desperate to try something before next gp appt, which is this week, soya was one of the options Hv suggested and it was something I could take control of rather than wait weeks to see gp then have a fight on my hands for him to do something! Haven't even made a referral to paediatrician yet, a prescribing nurse made the referral to dermatologist but that's not til next month

Anyone? Can a change in milk help one main symptom of cmpa but not the other?
