1 cup brown rice flour
1/2 cup fine cornmeal
25g Butter (or dairy free marg)
3 tspns GF baking powder
1/2 cup soy milk
Mix dry ingredients, rub in butter and mix in soy milk. Make into lovely little scone shapes and put on baking paper in the oven.
Cook on 220 for 10 minutes then remove from oven.
They are inedible - trust me. But let them go cool, crumble them up and add 1/2 cup of sugar and they are the best crumble topping. looks like the real thing.
