So I am after quick and easy (tried and tested) high calorie healthy desserts for a 1 and 4 year old. So I am thinking something like a rice pudding or yoghurt substitute. Ideally I would need to be able to make it in advance and freeze or keep for a few days in fridge, or make from scratch in under 5 mins.
Can you keep custard chilled when made? how do you prevent the skin forming?.
Anything I can buy off the shelf without loads of sugar and additives?
High in calcium would be good too.
