dd has runny nose and watery eyes. dh gets severe hayfever and I have a strong asthma history in my family. She has a healthy diet with lots of fruit and veg. Don't want her on meds, any ideas for homeopathic or natural remedies?

vaseline with cotton buds around inside of nostrils (not too far up)catches pollen.

I agree that proper English honey (the more local the better) seems to ease things. I have always had bad hayfever but last year taking regular local honey (not always really really local, but at least English) only had one bad attack, and I'm trying the same approach this year and on DS as a preventative measure.
