Ichthammol and zinc ointment

Has anyone else used "Ichthammol and zinc" ointment before? It's thick light brown mud/clay stuff that is good for eczema. My DD's hospital dermataologist prescribed it for us a few years and we've been slowly getting our way through a big tub but I went to try and order some more on repeat prescription to discover it's been discontinued. Gutted!

Can anyone recommend anything else that might be good? DD's hands and wrists get horribly dry so I'm looking for something thick to put on overnight under Scratch Sleeves. I'll use hydromol ointment (which we already get on repeat) if I don't find something better.

Thanks
