I'm pretty sure DD3 (8 months) is allergic to cows milk and egg, although we're waiting for a hospital appointment to confirm this. DD1 is allergic to peanuts and is supposed to avoid all nuts.
Up until now, eggs and cheese have featured heavily in our lunches, and I'm struggling for ideas now we can't have them, especially as the obvious alternatives (eg. ham, houmous) are often quite high in salt for a baby. We're doing baby-led weaning so looking for things that suit the whole family. Any ideas gratefully accepted
