I've just made a batch of dairy / nut free mincemeat and am getting excited about Xmas food... even wondering whether to attempt a Xmas pudding - which I guess is now or never as it will need to sit for a while. I have had good results with egg replacer for a couple of our old favourite fruitcake recipes... anyone tried to make a xmas pudding with it? I'm thinking unveiling it on the 25th and finding it's gross could be quite disappointing :)
