Breakfast ideas for dairy/soy/egg allergic baby!

I am currently breastfeeding my allergic 11 month old and i'm on an exclusion diet myself.
I am really struggling for breakfast ideas for him.
Currently he has porridge with banana, weetabix with banana, or some toast which he doesn't really eat!
Thanks

We tend to do porridge during the week, but at weekends I make egg/dairy free pancakes/pikelets (essentially, flour, oat milk, egg replacer, baking powder & golden syrup I think). Yum.

If I have leftovers I freeze them in packs of 3 small ones & can either use them as snacks or defrost for a quick breakfast during the week if she turns her nose up at porridge Grin

I am doing the same for my ds (9 months), though he is only allergic to dairy and soy, intolerant to egg.

We have: shreddies with Oatly, Cheerios, chopped fruit and raisins.

Have you tried making cinnamon toast? Use bread without soya flour and Pure spread (or similar) then while it is hot and "buttered" sprinkle on a mixture of cinnamon and sugar (ratio of 1:3). It's really tasty and my other dc love it! Smile

Thank you!
Have tried pancakes before but didn't add anything sweet so maybe that is the trick!
Will have a go at cinnamon toast in the morning and hopefully that will go down a bit better.
