How long after exposure to they show symptoms. I think I may need to add lentils to the list! Seems a bit long though as he had dinner at about 5 and has been awake since about 4am. We know about dairy and soya and butter beans so far.

Ok thanks. He is only 1 so may well feel sick with it! He wasn't keen and refused after just a couple of spoons so I did wonder. He is not a great eater anyway though so didn't think too much of it. I. Ever thought that he may have symptoms immediately, they just seem to come out at night Angry

About 6 hours later for us. My DS is intolerant of soya and that also seemed to include all beans and pulses, so lentils would seem to fit that pattern.
